What you'll be doing

  • Manage and follow up customer complaints related to product quality to maintain customer satisfaction and build trust in the company.

  • Follow up on customer complaint responses according to predetermined SLAs, and ensure complaints are handled thoroughly to maintain the company's image and professionalism in the eyes of customers.

  • Identify root cause analysis of each complaint and compile investigation reports objectively and systematically so that corrective and preventive actions can be carried out on target.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments & divisions (Operational, Sales, etc.) to determine the causes and solutions to customer complaints so that the solutions provided are thorough and comprehensive.

  • Prepare and submit monthly evaluation reports related to customer and vendor complaints, trends and recommendations for improvement, as well as verification of corrective actions and preventive measures to drive continuous improvement in the company's business processes.

  • Understand customer needs related to quality.

  • Manage and follow up on internal company complaints against vendors or suppliers if there are discrepancies in raw materials, packaging, or services to ensure the feasibility and quality of inputs used in the production process.

  • Coordinate with related teams in the process of filing complaints to suppliers, and ensure adequate follow-up and evidence of CAPA from the vendor so that the process of resolving complaints is completed.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred

  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or customer service role within the manufacturing industry

  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams

  5. Proficient in data analysis, report writing, and the use of quality management tools and techniques

  6. Familiarity with quality management systems and international quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001)
