Job Description :
Carrying out service and sales activities for walk-in customers as well as existing customers to achieve the predetermined targets
Providing banking services in accordance with service quality guidelines to ensure customers have a good transaction experience, thereby increasing customer engagement and creating loyal customers
Completing all administrative and operational transactions under their responsibility properly, on time, and in accordance with applicable procedures
Responding to customer inquiries/complaints within their capacity, escalating unresolved complaints to a supervisor, recording them in the system used by PermataBank, and following up to ensure the complaints are resolved in accordance with the applicable SLA
Job Requirements :
Minimum education of D3/ S1 from any major
At least 2 year of experience as a Customer Service
Attractive appearance
Service-oriented mindset and good communication skills
Reliable, able to work independently or in a team
Ability to speak English or other foreign languages is a plus
