Key Responsibilities

  • Dive deep into CRM campaigns and customer behavior, delivering insights that move the needle for both clients and internal teams.
  • Partner with our data team to build and optimize BI dashboards that reveal the bigger picture and track what really matters.
  • Keep data sharp, consistent, and compliant, so every decision is built on trust.
  • Shape CRM and engagement strategies with data-driven recommendations that align with business and client goals.
  • Collaborate closely with business users, marketing, product, and engagement teams to execute campaigns that hit performance, retention, and acquisition targets.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise in CRM analytics and client communications.
  • Stay ahead of trends, tools, and technologies to keep our strategies fresh and competitive.

A bit about you

  • At least 3 years of experience in CRM analytics and campaign performance.
  • Strong grasp of digital analytics and statistical methods for marketing.
  • Advanced spreadsheet wizardry (pivot tables, formulas, automation).
  • Confident in project management, presenting, and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Professional communication in English, you'll be collaborating with regional and global teams.
