What You Will Experience:

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) across manufacturing operations.
• Lead the Quality Control team to ensure products meet customer specifications and internal quality standards.
• Establish and monitor quality KPIs, including defect rate, reprint ratio, customer complaints, waste reduction, and cost of poor quality (COPQ).
• Analyze quality issues using root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable quality standards.
• Monitor offset printing processes, including color calibration, ink and paper specifications, machine capability, and print consistency.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, SPC, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality and production efficiency.
• Conduct internal quality audits and support external customer or certification audits.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Sales to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing performance.
• Develop quality procedures, SOPs, inspection standards, and documentation.
• Train, coach, and develop QC personnel while fostering a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization.

What is Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Printing Technology, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Control within a printing or packaging manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of offset printing processes, including color management, ink characteristics, paper properties, and printing machine operations.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to quality improvement.
• Experience conducting internal and external quality audits.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems for quality monitoring and reporting.
• Experience in the printing, packaging, labels, or commercial printing industry is highly preferred.
