Responsibilities
- Support the costing operation in Indonesia plant.
- Ensure daily cost maintenance on timely basis with accuracy.
- Prepare month end costing closing.
- Analyze the cost variances from material, labor and overheads and find out reasons.
- Prepare monthly management reports to reflect operation performance.
- Support new product cost setup and testing.
- Review purchasing and payment requisition to ensure payment in line with budget and company process.
- Closely work with AP & accounting team to ensure flawlessly work process.
- Analysize costing components.
- Be familiar with shop floor operation and understand the changes through observation.
- Analyze the monthly operation performance and find out the root cause of efficiency changes.
- Closely partnering with plant manager and operation team to provide financial supports.
- Support in actual costing performance analysis to drive cost reduction initiatives.
- Lead CAPEX Management.
- Prepare the CAPEX planning and coordinate with CAPEX owners on execution in plant.
- Be able to review the rationality of CAPEX initiatives, in terms of purpose, cost and payback.
- Support key operation planning process in plant.
- Monthly rolling forecast on cost.
- Annual budgeting.
- Annual standard cost updating.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cost accounting, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of costing principles and methodologies (e.g., standard costing, activity-based costing).
- Experience with maintaining daily cost data and ensuring its accuracy.
- Proficiency in preparing monthly and year-end costing reports.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and investigate cost variances.
- Strong report writing and presentation skills to communicate cost analysis findings to management.
- Holder of Brevet A & B certificates.
- Business level of english in speaking, reading, writing.
