About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Corporate Human Capital Supervisor to join our dynamic team at SAHID GROUP in Central Jakarta. As a Corporate Human Capital Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the human resources functions across our organization. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic development and implementation of HR initiatives that support our company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations

• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

• Collaborating with managers to identify and address workforce planning needs, and implementing effective talent management strategies

• Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, and serving as a trusted advisor to management

• Partnering with the training and development team to design and deliver engaging learning and development programs

• Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions

• Contributing to the overall strategic direction of the HR function and the company as a whole

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR generalist or supervisory role, ideally within the hospitality or service industry

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations applicable to the industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

• Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations

• Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams, and fostering a positive and productive work environment

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
