Job Descriptions :
- Oversee the management and development of the company's core product portfolio, ensuring they align with business strategy and market needs.
- Lead the product lifecycle processes ranging from concept development, product design, and implementation to market launch and continuous improvement.

- Develop and manage product roadmaps, setting clear objectives and timelines for product launches and updates.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for core products and implement measurement systems to track performance and user satisfaction.
- Enhance the value proposition of core products by ensuring they fulfill customer requirements and competitive benchmarks.
- Drive collaboration with stakeholders and facilitate communication between teams to ensure product alignment with corporate goals.
- Analyze product-related financial metrics, helping to set pricing strategies and budget allocations.
- Monitor industry and competitive landscape to inform strategic product decisions and maintain market competitiveness.
Requirements
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or product development roles, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
