Responsibilities:

1. Build and Maintain Client Relationships - Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their HVAC system needs.
2. Sales and Negotiation - Offer suitable HVAC solutions based on client needs and conduct pricing and contract negotiations.
3. Client Needs Analysis - Identify customer-specific requirements and recommend appropriate HVAC products or services.

7. Manage HVAC Projects - Ensure smooth execution of HVAC projects from initiation to completion with effective communication between clients and internal teams.
8. Market Research - Analyze market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities in the HVAC industry.
9. Prepare Sales Reports - Compile periodic sales reports and provide insights into sales performance and improvement areas. 

Requirements:

1. Education - Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
2. Experience - At least 2-3 years of experience in HVAC sales or related industries.
3. Technical Knowledge - Understanding of HVAC principles, cooling systems, and related technologies.
4. Communication Skills - Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients effectively.
5. Target-Oriented - Ability to work towards sales targets and meet set KPIs.
6. Presentation Skills - Capable of delivering professional product presentations to clients and stakeholders.
7. Networking & Strong Industry Connections - Having a broad network within the HVAC industry or related sectors is a plus.
8. Problem-Solving Ability - Capable of analyzing client needs and providing effective HVAC solutions.
