Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategy to increase the number of active moms & baby communities
Identify and reach out to potential moms & baby community leaders
Help moms & baby community leaders create and manage their communities
Assist moms & baby communities to create their events and get participants
Promote moms & baby communities and events to our users
Foster a thriving, engaging and growing community for each moms & baby community
Monitor and analyse moms & baby communities data for activity and engagement (statistics, growth, user behaviour, etc)
Participate in moms & baby community events as needed to build relationships with the community
Address any issues that arise within moms & baby communities
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in moms & baby communities
Collaborate with internal and external parties related to the success of objectives.
Job Requirement
At least 2 years of experience in event organization, committee management, and/or other organizational activities.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business & Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Have experience in creating and handling in the moms and baby community area.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for outreach and collaboration.
Strong understanding of brand experience, project management, show management, event planning and production, community building, creative thinking, and negotiation.
Detail-oriented, organized, and structured in thinking and working.
Ability to build relationships with diverse community members and stakeholders.
Have a skills in planning, executing, and managing community projects.
Creative, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
