Confidential melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Commercial Manager di West Java yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor Confidential. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Commercial Manager di West Java Perusahaan Confidential:

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Ensure the company’ Safety Standard is observed and meets local regulatory requirements for all products supplied to customers and comply with company code of conduct.
  2. Responsible for managing profitable growth of Bulk Gases to end users/retail business in the company Indonesia.
  3. Agree and achieve realistic sales budgets in line with the company operating plan for the fiscal year.
  4. Responsible for achieving a resolution of more complex problem in strategic accounts which involve high level decision maker/owner of organization.
  5. Building regional and global network and works closely with Commercial Technology team in promoting the company’ applications offerings to differentiate the company position and introduce it to industrial market.
  6. Work closely with local and regional Bulk Gases Marketing team to conduct/review industrial gases market analysis program in order to identify the best segment for strategic fit to meet company operating plan.
  7. Manage execution of effective customer relationship management to ensure sales team follow proper procedure in achieving effective relationship with all customers and update Call Report and Opportunity timely.
  8. Provide demand forecast to supply chain team to support continuous effort in achieving optimum product cost
  9. Liaise with distribution and customer service team
  10. Achieve collections target and align with collection team
  11. Attend regular meeting and other meeting associated with Bulk Gases
  12. Coach, develop Bulk Gases sales team and plan the team to attend the company’s training program and equipped the team with tools needed to perform their job well.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job incumbent is expected to have/be

  1. A bachelor’s in engineering; a postgraduate qualification in engineering or business is preferred.
  2. More than 8 years’ work experience in a similar environment. Leadership position in sales and marketing functions in other industries would be considered.
  3. Fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and English. Fluency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
  4. Highly skilled and experienced in influencing senior level decision maker and/or owner of organizations.
