Satlickis a premium fine dining steakhouse located in the heart of Seminyak, Bali. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional food, service, and ambiance. We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie - Grill to join our dynamic kitchen team.
Job Summary :
As a CDP Grill, you will be responsible for overseeing the grill section of the kitchen, ensuring all meat and grilled items are cooked to perfection. You will work closely with the Chef De Cuisine and Executive Chef to maintain the highest culinary standards and contribute to an outstanding dining experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Take full ownership of the grill station during service.
Prepare and cook grilled meats to fine dining standards, especially premium steaks.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all dishes.
Supervise and support junior kitchen staff in your section.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in your work area according to health and safety standards.
Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
Communicate clearly with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Contribute to menu development and dish innovation when required.
Requirements
Proven experience as a CDP or Senior Demi Chef in a high-end or fine dining environment.
Strong knowledge of grilling techniques, especially steak preparation.
Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to perform under pressure and during busy service hours.
Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
Professional appearance and attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
