Get to Know the Role

The Business Operations Associate is a key role within the Sales Operations team, responsible for managing operational inquiries and ensuring compliance. You will focus on maintaining operational efficiency, resolving inquiries, and educating stakeholders to enhance processes and knowledge. You will contribute to significant operational savings and supports the productivity of Key Account Managers, ultimately enabling business growth and profitability. You will report to the Manager, and you will work on-site in our Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Manage and resolve Merchant operations inquiries efficiently.
• Ensure high standards of operational hygiene and compliance to mitigate risks.
• Streamline processes to reduce bottlenecks and improve inquiry resolutions.
• Educate and enable enterprise stakeholders to enhance organizational knowledge.
• Drive strategic initiatives and projects to deliver operational savings and contribute to profitability.
• Support sales productivity and drive sales enablement activities essential for organizational growth.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Operational Knowledge: Expertise in compliance and audit processes.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to streamline inquiry management and resolve bottlenecks effectively.
