·      Meet or exceed budgeted sales targets

·      Achieve or exceed planned profitability

·      Formulate a strategy and plan around the development and growth of sales within Indonesia Market across the construction/civil product lines.

·      Building strong and valued customer relationships

·      Drive sales campaigns in association with the Aptella Marketing Team, SEA region sales managers

·      Ensure the product that is being presented is fit for Indonesia

·      Plan and execute undertake ongoing sales training on products and sales process productivity updates

·      Analyse and recommend sales and related procedure improvements

·      Monitor and provide feedback on customers, market changes and competitor activities

·      Collate and maintain accurate to sales forecast process for stock replenishment and financial outlook

·      Keep selling expenses within budgeted proportion of sales

·      Participate in exhibitions and other industry or company organised events

·      Undertake other projects or activities as directed by the sales manager

·      Professional representation of all aspects of the company to customers

·      Liaise with accounting department to support customer credit and collections.
