Your Role:
As a Business Development Reprensentative, you will:
Identify and qualify new business prospects through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into clients.
Maintenance a strong pipeline and manage the end-to-end sales process-from prospecting to closing deals.
Conduct reguler customer visits to understand operasional needs and offer relevant solutions.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
Track competitor activities and provide market insights for strategic planning.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends and build key relationships.
Maintain accurate sales records and customer database.
Consistenly achieve sales targets and key performance indicator (KPIs).
What we're looking for:
3 - 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the pumps or mining support industry.
Strong knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and key players.
Proven success in developing and closing new business opportunities.
Familiarity with pumps, slurry systems, or dewatering solutions is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a target-driven enviroment.
Willing to be based in North Sulawesi and travel as needed within Indonesia.
Familirity with South Sulawesi market dynamics ia an advantage.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with working knowledge of English.
