Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales growth and strategic planning and implementing sales to Key Accounts in the Animal Health business in Indonesia.
• Will require strong key account management capabilities, including crafting robust account plans that coordinate regional and technical resources.
• He or She serves their customers as product and industry counselors who support customer organizational objectives regarding farm biosecurity, safety, quality, and operations.
• Drive sales process at customers as required by direct customer interaction (e.g. visits, customer workshops training)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinarian science or animal science 
• At least 5 years of managing large and complex Key Accounts in animal health business/poultry farm management. 
• Functional computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn internal business systems)
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently and prioritize multiple projects with strong follow-through and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to train, coach, motivate and supervise district personnel to their full potential.
