We are looking for a dynamic Brand Communication Lead to join our team onsite in Purbalingga. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand communication strategies that align with our company's goals and values. You will lead the creative direction and messaging across various platforms, ensuring consistent brand representation that resonates with our audience. This is a great opportunity for a passionate communicator who excels in building brand narratives and driving engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement brand communication strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Lead the creation of compelling content for various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Oversee and manage all brand communication campaigns, tracking and analyzing their performance to optimize future efforts.

Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts and manage press relations and brand partnerships.

Ensure the brand's voice and visual identity align with company values and appeal to target audiences

Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to keep our brand communication strategies innovative and competitive.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Proven experience in brand communication, public relations, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of brand positioning and storytelling techniques.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail.

Requirements:

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
