• Leadership & Operations Management

  • Lead and manage all branch staff including sales, service, parts, administrative, and rental teams.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including equipment dispatch, service scheduling, and inventory control.

  • Monitor and report on branch performance metrics (P&L, sales targets, service throughput, etc.).

  • Implement and enforce company policies and safety standards.

• Sales & Business Development

  • Drive branch revenue through equipment sales, rentals, service contracts, and parts.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and key accounts.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the territory.

  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to execute local campaigns and promotions.

• Customer Service & Support

  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all touchpoints.

  • Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients.

• Staff Development & HR

  • Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate branch personnel.

  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Inventory & Asset Management

  • Oversee inventory levels of equipment, tools, and parts.
