Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Operations Management
Lead and manage all branch staff including sales, service, parts, administrative, and rental teams.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including equipment dispatch, service scheduling, and inventory control.
Monitor and report on branch performance metrics (P&L, sales targets, service throughput, etc.).
Implement and enforce company policies and safety standards.
Sales & Business Development
Drive branch revenue through equipment sales, rentals, service contracts, and parts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and key accounts.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the territory.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to execute local campaigns and promotions.
Customer Service & Support
Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all touchpoints.
Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients.
Staff Development & HR
Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate branch personnel.
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Ensure staff compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Inventory & Asset Management
Oversee inventory levels of equipment, tools, and parts.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and pickup of rental units.
Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of company assets.
