Requirements:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for tone, style, and accuracy.
Strong editing and proofreading skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, capable of mentoring and supervising a writing team.
Familiarity with market trends and industry standards in digital publishing, with the ability to implement innovative practices.
Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform editorial strategies.
Willing to work in fast-pace mode
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and formulating book concepts, including creating frameworks, structures, and ensuring content consistency in accordance with established editorial guidelines.
Foster intensive collaboration with authors in refining ideas, developing storylines, and adapting writing styles to reach the intended target audience.
Perform comprehensive editing of ebook manuscripts, encompassing grammar correction, spelling, and adherence to standard language conventions and style guides.

Identify and implement improvements in the ebook editing and conversion process using the latest technologies and tools.
