About the role

ISMAYA GROUP is seeking a talented Bartender to join our vibrant team at SKYE Jakarta, our sophisticated rooftop bar and lounge located in the heart of Central Jakarta. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing exceptional service to our discerning patrons. This is a full-time position based in our Central Jakarta location.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and serving a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to our guests

• Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are properly stocked and maintained

• Providing exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs and ensuring a memorable experience

• Collaborating with the management team to develop new menu items and enhance the overall beverage program

• Adhering to all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations

• Assisting with inventory management and stock control

• Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

• Minimum -1-2 years+ of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant environment

• Proven expertise in creating innovative cocktails and a strong understanding of classic cocktail recipes and techniques

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a seamless and memorable experience for our guests

• Proficient in using bar equipment and tools, including speed pourers, cocktail shakers, and blenders

• Strong knowledge of a wide range of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and other beverage products

• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
