A culinary degree or equivalent certification from a reputable institution.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, preferably in a Production Central Kitchen
Strong understanding in using ERP System for production manufacture
Excellent knowledge of pastry & bakery techniques and ingredients
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Proficiency in food safety and sanitation procedures.
Creative and innovative approach to pastry making.
Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all tasks.

CDP Pastry:
Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
Experience in creating a variety of pastries, desserts, and breads.
Knowledge of pastry cost control and inventory management.
Ability to follow recipes and production schedules.
Ability to produce a wide range of baked goods in large quantities.
CDP Baker:
Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
Expertise in bread baking, including sourdough, yeasted, and laminated doughs.
Knowledge of different baking equipment and techniques.
Ability to produce a wide range of baked goods in large quantities.
Knowledge of pastry cost control and inventory management
Commis:
Assist the pastry chef and demi chef pastry in the daily preparation and production of various pastry products, including cakes, tarts, cookies, breads, desserts, and chocolates.
Prepare ingredients (weighing, measuring, cutting) according to recipes and quality standards.
Safely and efficiently operate and maintain pastry kitchen equipment (mixers, ovens, etc.).
Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, equipment, and utensils in accordance with strict food hygiene standards.
Assist in the plating and decoration of pastry products.
Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
Be willing to learn and take initiative to improve pastry skills.
