Responsibilities:

• Expertly prepare and serve alcohol-based beverages.

• Experiment with and introduce new bartender techniques

• Engage with customers, building relationships and ensuring a positive experience.

• Assist the manager in managing daily operations, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.

• Maintain high standards for beverage quality, from ingredient selection to final presentation.

• Innovate and suggest new beverages or improvements to existing recipes.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position.

2. Bar or cafe or restaurant experiences.

3. Excellent situational leadership and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

5. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

6. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.

7. High sense of urgency and agility.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. A diploma's or high school degree in hospitality management, business or a related field.

2. Experience working in a multinational company.

3. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

5. Familiarity with the local business environment in Bali.

6. Experiences in the Food & Beverage is a plus.

7. Bali Based.
