■ Vision
This is a strategic leadership position overseeing Daewoong's key lifestyle operations in Bali—including BWork, BLive, BVilla, and soon, Alam Kulkul Hotel and future ventures.
You'll drive the overall performance and community vibrancy of our co-living and co-working spaces, with responsibility for operational excellence, guest satisfaction, team development, and business growth. As our Bali portfolio expands, you'll play a key role in shaping its direction—and potentially take on broader regional leadership within Daewoong Group's global wellness business.
■ Responsibilities
1) Core Operations
- Oversee daily operations of BWork (co-working), BLive/BVilla (co-living) including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and vendor services.
- Lead and mentor local on-site staff: schedule coordination, SOP execution, quality control.
- Manage OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.) and maximize occupancy, yield, and listing performance.
2) Community & Guest Experience
- Design and execute guest engagement programs: co-living events, networking mixers, wellness sessions, workshops.
- Build strong rapport with guests and members, ensuring a memorable and personalized experience.
- Monitor and respond to reviews and guest feedback; handle issues with empathy and efficiency.
3) Business & Strategy
- Monitor and control operational costs, labor expenses, and facility maintenance budgets.
- Analyze performance KPIs and provide regular reporting to HQ in Korea.
- Collaborate with HQ for strategic planning, brand alignment, and upcoming launches.
- Manage external vendor relations (laundry, pest control, security, maintenance, etc.).
4) New Venture Involvement (Additional)
- Support launch preparation and pre-opening planning of new facilities.
- Provide on-ground insights to optimize design, staffing, and service strategy for upcoming projects like Community Center and Resort.
■ Qualifications
[ Required qualifications ]
1) Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality or related service industries (e.g., co-living, co-working, hotels, hostels)
2) Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with international guests and partners
3) Experience working at a global headquarters, in overseas assignments, or collaborating with multicultural teams
4) Experience managing teams of 5 or more people, with the ability to coordinate schedules, delegate tasks, and provide guidance
5) Proficient in documentation and reporting, including tools such as MS Excel and Google Sheets
6) Strong understanding of or adaptability to Indonesian culture, regulations, and work environments
7) Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service quality, with attention to operational detail and hospitality standards
8) Ability to manage budgets, cost control, and track performance KPIs
[ Preferred qualifications ]
1) Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
2) Experience operating OTA and PMS platforms (e.g., Airbnb Pro, Cloudbeds, eZee, etc.)
3) Experience in pre-opening and setup of hospitality spaces (e.g., villas, hostels, hotels, or co-living properties)
4) Track record in designing or running community-based programs, workshops, or guest events
5) Ability to foster a collaborative and vibrant community culture
6) Familiarity with co-living, shared housing, or startup-style hospitality operations
7) Experience collaborating with international HQ or cross-cultural teams
8) Proficiency in Korean is a plus
9) Legally eligible to work in Indonesia
