Kualifikasi pekerjaan:At Fas a Fas Bakery & Cafe, we blend tradition with creativity to serve delightful baked goods and memorable cafe experiences. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Finance & Accounting Officer to strengthen our back-office operations and ensure solid financial health across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Monitor daily accounting operations, including sales reconciliation, petty cash, and bank transactions
Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and inventory costs
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and timely submissions (PPN, PPh, etc.)
Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and tax consultants
Improve accounting systems and internal controls
Supervise junior staff and ensure accurate bookkeeping across branches
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B or retail
Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal, etc.)
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in handling multi-branch accounting
Familiarity with inventory and cost control in F&B settings
Basic knowledge of payroll and HR-related finance matters
