Back-end developer

As a Back End Developer at MadeIndonesia, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the server-side of our web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. You will work closely with our front end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to implement robust and scalable solutions. The task includes creating, maintaining, testing, and debugging the entire Back End.

• Conducting analysis of website and application requirements.
• Writing back-end code and building efficient PHP modules.
• Developing back-end portals with an optimized database.
• Evaluate software programs for performance issues, bugs, and design flaws.
• Responding to integration requests from front-end developers.
• Finalizing back-end features and testing web applications.
• Updating and altering application features to enhance performance.
• Implement Back-end security best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Back-End Developer
• Deep understanding of web application development using PHP, including frameworks and CMS such as WordPress
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and database systems
• Experience working with web services such as REST APIs
• Familiarity with Laravel or Symfony is a strong advantage
• Proficient in Git and GitHub for version control
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Able to work effectively independently or in a collaborative team environment
• Willing to work on-site (WFO) in Sleman, Yogyakarta
