Kualifikasi pekerjaan:Are you a strategic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for building strong client relationships? We are seeking a B2B Sales Manager to lead and expand our business-to-business sales initiatives. This is a key role in driving revenue, expanding market presence, and delivering value to our enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain B2B clients
Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospects
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and pitching to closing and account management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy
Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality (hotel & restaurant), property developer, acknowledgement of Bali communities, etc.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to develop long-term client relationships and handle complex sales cycles
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
A results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking
Min bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
KPI based on revenue / target achievement
