Job Title: AVP, Dispute and Consumer Litigation Management, Legal Compliance

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage consumer complaints and external litigation cases involving the Bank, ensuring that all legal proceedings are conducted in a manner that protects the Bank's interests.
- Provide legal advisory services related to dispute prevention and resolution strategies, offering expert guidance to minimize legal risks.
- Coordinate with external counsels, legal enforcement authorities, and internal stakeholders on legal proceedings and consumer protection issues to ensure cohesive and effective legal strategies.
- Review, draft, and provide legal input on agreements, internal policies, and corporate documents, ensuring they are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Monitor relevant regulations and assess their impact on the Bank's activities, ensuring that the Bank remains compliant with all applicable legal standards.
- Prepare legal reports and documentation related to litigation, dispute settlements, and complaint resolutions, maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.

Education and Experience Information:
