We are looking for a highly organized Assistant Warehouse Manager to responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods efficiently and accurately. This role involves managing inventory control and coordinating with internal departments and third-party logistics (3PL) providers. The Assistant Warehouse Manager plays a key role in optimizing warehouse processes, maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity, and supporting the company's overall supply chain objectives.
Responsibilities
Ensure that all processes of receiving, storing, and issuing goods are carried out in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
Control the shipping and receiving of goods to be timely and accurate, minimizing errors and delays.
Monitor inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
Analyze any stock discrepancies found and take appropriate actions to address the root causes.
Act as the main liaison between the company and the 3PL provider regarding warehouse operations.
Ensure that the 3PL meets the agreed quality standards and KPIs.
Collaborate with the 3PL to maintain accurate inventory data and perform regular stock audits.
Qualifications
Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Logistics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in warehousing, distribution, or logistics, especially in the retail industry.
Excellent skills in planning, organizing, and controlling warehouse operations.
Able to analyze inventory and operational data to improve efficiency.
Excellent in coordinating with various departments and third parties such as 3PL providers.
Critical in identifying and resolving issues related to stock and distribution.
Fluent in English; is a must.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong personality and high-energy person.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
