What you'll be doing
Negotiate contract terms with internal and external organization
Review and update existing contracts, prepare Explanatory Note for Contract Amendment.
Explain terms and conditions to related partied and interested parties
Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal division as needed
Advance in administration international organization/company
What we're looking for
Min. Bachelor Degree all major's
Min. 12 years experience in international company/organization
Experience in contract administration & negotiation is must
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Adaptable and able to work well under pressure
A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills
Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

We are currently managing an infrastructure national public project in Indonesia for a duration of 5 years. Our scope is to handle the management (design and construction) of the Project which is performed by different Design and Built contractors.
