Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all communication.
Needs Analysis and Solution Development:
Understanding client needs and developing tailored solutions to meet those needs, often involving collaboration with other teams.
Sales and Business Development:
Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within existing accounts, potentially including upselling and cross-selling.
Project Coordination:
Overseeing projects for clients, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Tracking key account metrics, preparing reports on account performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
Conflict Resolution:
Addressing and resolving any issues or concerns that arise from clients.
Strategic Planning:
Contributing to the development of overall account strategies and marketing plans.
Contract Management:
Managing contracts, renewals, and other related documentation.
Qualification :
A bachelor's degree in a related field like business, marketing, or communications is typically required, along with relevant work experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
