We are seeking an experienced Assistant Human Resources Manager to join our growing team at Alas Harum Bali'. This is a full-time opportunity based in our beautiful office in Tegallalang, Bali. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our organisation, ensuring we maintain our commitment to our valued employees.
What you'll be doing
Assisting the Human Resources Manager in all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
Administering HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the effective management of our workforce
Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related matters
Supporting the implementation of strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organisational effectiveness
Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR solutions that align with our business objectives
What we're looking for
3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong understanding of HR best practices and familiarity with Indonesian labour laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation
Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis, with a keen eye for detail
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented, with a commitment to continuous improvement
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
