As a leading player in the HR Industry, we are looking for an experienced Assistant HR Manager to join our internal team in Jakarta to support our end-to-end HR functions and help shape our people strategy.
Job Responsibilities:As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in delivering day-to-day HR operations and supporting strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and HR administration.
- Support managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws in Indonesia.
- Drive and monitor employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in HRIS.
- Coordinate annual performance appraisal cycle and support merit review or promotion proposals.
- Work closely with regional HR and management on manpower planning and organizational development.
- Assist in handling disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, and exit interviews.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, tools, and policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR best practices, and employee lifecycle.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to partner with multiple stakeholders.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Well verse in English
