Position: Assistant Engineering ManagerWork Location: Indonesia and AbroadSalary: 8,000,000-10,000,000 IDR based on experience and qualificationsJob Type: Full-time
Applicant Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields) • Work Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in building and factory systems.
• Proficiency in 3 Main Systems:- Electrical Systems. Expertise in controlling, inspecting, and managing both low and high voltage electrical systems (single-phase and three-phase) within buildings and factories.. Ability to analyze electrical issues, design and calculate equipment/wiring selections, and tools appropriately.. Skilled in installing control panels, generators, and efficiently managing preventive maintenance (PM).. Understand safety standards, analyze electrical loads, and propose energy-saving measures.
- Air Conditioning Systems. Knowledge in various refrigeration systems and ability to install, repair, and troubleshoot air conditioning units using relevant tools.. Ability to manage HVAC and Chiller systems, including overseeing the team for performance checks, cleaning, maintenance, replacement of parts, and managing automatic control systems.. Ability to generate reports on inspections/repairs and report to supervisors.. Ability to analyze refrigerant pressure and temperature, plan PM, and solve immediate problems effectively.
- Plumbing & Sanitary Systems. Ability to design and calculate water systems such as pipe sizes, tanks, pumps, and necessary equipment.. Ability to manage water systems and perform professional repairs, including controlling pipework, inspecting pressure, checking for leaks, and clearly communicating with contractors.. Understand sanitation standards, experience in installing sanitary ware, and maintaining records of maintenance.
Additional Skills: • Intermediate level of English (able to read, write, and communicate at an engineering level). • Proficient in basic computer programs and drafting software (basic AutoCAD). • Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage a team of technicians effectively. • Having a professional license (K.O.) or technical certification will be considered a plus.
