Requirements :
2+ years of experience in IT application support
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze application logs (Kibana, ELK stack, or similar).
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) for querying databases.
Experience in Banking Industry
Familiarity with Linux/Windows server environments and command-line tools.
Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and web services for debugging integrations.
Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.).
Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical teams.
Mastering SQL database and can read logs for root cause analysis.

Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled IT Application Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for our software applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing issues, analyzing logs, and working with databases. Experience with Kibana for log analysis and PostgreSQL (Postgre) is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2/3 application support, resolving technical issues related to software applications.
Monitor application performance, investigate errors, and troubleshoot issues in production and environments**.
Analyze and interpret application logs (Kibana, Splunk, or similar tools) to identify root causes of issues.
Write and optimize SQL queries (PostgreSQL preferred) to extract and analyze data for troubleshooting.
Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Have good communication skill to explain to the user what is the issue root cause
