Main Responsibilities:
  • Record, monitor, and update daily stock in and out.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and prepare inventory reports.
  • Prepare and organize store documents, such as purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
  • Maintain filing systems for store records (manual and digital).
  • Support administrative needs for daily store operations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for order placement and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials needed for store operations.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and expense reports.
  • Communicate and coordinate with warehouse, finance, and production departments.
  • Support the Store Supervisor or Store Manager in operational tasks.
  • Comply with company SOP and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum education: High School
  • Basic Mandarin
  • At least 1 year of experience in store or warehouse administration.
  • Good understanding of inventory systems and documentation flow.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.
