JOB POSITION: LOGISTIC ADMINISTRATION STAFF
PT IQA is a quality control company specialized in canned and frozen food products from Indonesia. Joining our team in Surabaya is an opportunity to develop your career in a company involved in international trade and engaging yourself in a meaningful work to promote Indonesian food processing industry.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Handling goods traffic and export/import documents: following up the traffic of the products (from orders being confirmed until the products are received by buyers) and looking after all import/export documentations.
- Filing: file all the documentations and manage it to be easy access by other departments.
Job Requirement / Qualification:
- Must have Bachelor degree from a reputable University with minimum GPA 3.5
- Ideally 2 years experience in export/import administration
- Good common in English (speaking and writing)
- Interested in administration works
- Good ability in operating Windows, Microsoft Office, email and internet
- Honest and loyal person, with active behavior, initiative minded, able to proceed methodically & meticulously, highly dedicated to his/her work, able to work autonomous and as a team member
- Max 30 years old
- Work location: Surabaya
