Admin & Accounting OfficerDepartment: Finance & Administration

Bonjour Bali is a growing fashion e-commerce company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & Accounting Officer to support daily business operations. You will handle bookkeeping, invoice tracking, petty cash, document control, and assist with basic reporting. This is a key support role for keeping our office, vendor records, and financial operations organized and compliant.

Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain organized filing of contracts, vendor agreements, and employee records
Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee timesheets
Handle office procurement (supplies, stationery, etc.) and vendor coordination
Support HR and management with administrative duties as needed
Record and reconcile daily expenses, petty cash, and reimbursements
Track accounts payable and receivable
Issue and follow up on invoices to vendors or clients
Assist in payroll preparation and tax documentation
Support the Finance Manager with monthly closing and reports
Maintain Excel reports for expenses, income, and tax submissions
Help prepare basic cash flow and budget updates
Ensure compliance with local tax and financial regulations
2-3 years of experience in admin, accounting, or bookkeeping
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools (Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of Indonesian tax system is a plus
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity
