PT Sentra Teknologi Nusantara melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Acquisition Specialist di DKI Jakarta yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT Sentra Teknologi Nusantara. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Job Description:

• Identify potential Kost owners in targeted areas.
• Establish and populate a sales funnel database.
• Conduct outreach to the owner database through various channels such as site visits, phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Engage in canvassing activities as required.
• Interact with prospective owners, addressing their inquiries and understanding their needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations about the company’s products or services to potential merchants.
• Follow up with existing owners to understand their current situations and requirements.
• Report relevant information to stakeholders within the company.
• Coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders to ensure a smooth end-to-end acquisition process.
• Take responsibility for the owner onboarding process, including initiating contact and managing Non-Disclosure Agreements.
• Maintain positive relationships and monitor the user experience for owners using the app.
• Analyze the aspirations of onboarded owners regarding the product.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Management / Marketing or equivalent
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in sales, business development or partnerships/acquisitions Preferably from real estate/hotel/technology or similar industries with a good track record.
• Required: own a motorcycle, and SIM.
• Polite, good mannered, and pleasant personality.
• Good knowledge of the English and Indonesian language both written and spoken
• Highly motivated with initiatives, proactive and follow up on activities
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Thrive in startup environment
• Highly developed written, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analysis with commercial calculation thinking
• Technology savvy
• Willing to be mobile to locations across Jabodetabek.
