Responsibilities:

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial statement preparation.
• Check and Review payment voucher.
• Ensure financial reports comply with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and company policies.
• Prepare listing and working papers.
• Recommend and implement best practices for financial reporting.
• Follow Up & Solved issue on operation related financial impact with other departments.
• Work closely with other departments to gather financial data.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Willing to WFO (Blugreen Integrated Office, Puri Kembangan, Jakarta Barat)
