What Will You Do:

• Reviewing balance sheet, profit and loss statements and monthly closing and accounting reports.
• Preparing financial projection with different scenarios.
• Analyzing actual vs projection vs budget profit and loss statements.
• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
• Timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
• Provide data audit and liaise with external auditor for year-end audit.
• Prepare regular reports to be submitted to Bank Indonesia and Kominfo.
• Collaborates with the other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
• Monitors, review, and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
• Responds to inquiries from the Director of Finance, Controller, and other finance and firm wide managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.
• Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
• Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.
• Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.
• Provide direction, monitor and review Accounting team performance by providing mentoring, coaching and developing them in order to maintain the productivity optimally.
• Perform collaboration with respective stakeholders to ensure all processes runs smoothly.

• Perform deliver training regularly into accounting team regarding product and technical knowledge in order to ensure the standardization of working process and information.

What Will You Need:

• At least 6-8 years of working experience in Accounting / Finance Department/ in middle or big Company. Preferable has experience in Public Accountant Firm.
• At least 3 years of working experience as Managerial level
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Business/ Management/Finance background
• Have good communication, reporting and presentation skill.
• Fluent in English both written & verbal.
• Preferably have experience in SAP Systems (FI Module)
• Technical Skills and Prior Experience
• Maturity, professionalism, and high level of discretion is required
• Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
• Have knowledge of basic HSE
• Having CPA or CA will be an advantageous
