Job Description:

• Financial Planning and Budget Management

  Taking into account the company's strategic objectives and business development planning, lead the formulation of the company's annual financial budget plan for its business in Indonesia, covering all aspects of revenue, costs, expenses and capital expenditure. To break down the budget to each business department and specific business project, clarify the responsibility of budget execution, provide management with detailed financial analysis reports in a timely manner, and propose reasonable budget adjustments to ensure that the company's budgetary objectives are successfully achieved.

• Managing tax refund and related systems

• Financial Reporting and Communication Coordination

  Responsible for the preparation of all kinds of financial reports of the company's business in Indonesia, including monthly financial statements, quarterly financial analysis reports, annual financial reports, etc., to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the financial reporting data, and to truly reflect the company's financial position and operating results. At the same time, strengthen the communication and coordination with the financial department of the company's headquarters as well as other related departments, report the financial situation of Indonesia business in a timely manner, and respond positively to the financial requirements of the headquarters.

Requirements:

• At least a relevant degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Finance from a reputable university (UI, UGM, UNPAD, etc.)

• Fluent in English or can speak Mandarin 

• Familiar with local accounting standards, fiscal policies and Indonesian Taxation regulations as well as business environment in Indonesia, and able to skillfully handle financial affairs related to Indonesian business. Have rich practical experience in budget management, cost control, financial analysis, risk management, etc., have participated in the financial assessment and control of the company's major projects, and be able to independently undertake complex financial tasks.

• Have at least 5 years working experience in finance and accountng, of which at least 3 years working experience related to financial analysis or finance BP

• Able to use MS Office (Ms. Word/ Excel) & accounting software

• Experienced in Tax calculation 

• Able to handle taxation & accounting job of the company

• Good interpersonal & communication skills

• Able to reviewing contract to ensure all calculation in the contract is already correct

• Willing to do business trip
