Job Scope:
Kiki Catering is a catering service company that specializes in weddings, corporate events, home events, and box meal orders. As the Head of Sales, you will drive revenue growth and build a high-performing sales team. Collaborating with leadership, operations, and marketing, you will expand our reach in corporate, private, and special event catering.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies for various segments (corporate, weddings, social events).
• Define pricing, targets, and sales pipelines.
• Lead, mentor, and set KPIs for the sales team.
• Manage key client relationships and handle VIP accounts.
• Work with the sales staff/members to generate leads, nurture campaigns, and build the brand.
• Research and explore new markets and partnerships.
• Attend local networking events and develop relationships with venues, planners, and agencies.
Job Requirements:
• 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in hospitality, food services, or events.
• Proven track record in developing and executing strategic sales plans.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to travel locally for client meetings and events.

• Strong network within the local events or hospitality industry.
• Experience working with marketing and operations teams.
