About the Company:We are a fast-growing company engaged in the sales of networking products, as well as providing end-to-end network infrastructure solutions, including project design, implementation, and general contracting services. To support our daily operations, we are looking for a Junior Accounting & Administration Staff to join our team in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Finance:
Record and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Review and validate employee reimbursement claims and payment requests
Assist in preparing basic financial reports
Ensure all accounting documents are properly organized and archived
General Administration:
Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory records
Support the filing, printing, scanning, and organizing of company documents
Assist in handling incoming calls, emails, and visitors when needed
Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers for basic office needs
Help schedule and organize meetings, travel arrangements, and internal activities
Perform other administrative support tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Fresh graduates are welcome; 2-3 years of experience in accounting or admin is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Familiar with basic bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping
Well-organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Good communication skills in English/Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia
