About the role

We are looking for an experienced Desk Collection Staff to join our team at PT. Java Reef Indonesia Perkasa' in Tangerang Banten. This full-time role will be responsible for managing and processing customer payments, maintaining accurate accounts receivable records, and supporting the broader finance and accounting functions.

Job Desk :

• Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and ensure collections are made in a timely manner.

• Reach out to customers via email, phone, or message to follow up on payments, answer questions, and resolve any issues politely and promptly.

• Work with customers to find fair solutions and keep the process moving.

• Collaborating with the sales team to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.

• Make activity reports.

Requirements :

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounts receivable or similar financial role

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping

• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Willing to work 6 days a week

• Able to join as soon as possible

• Willing to be placed in Cipondoh Tangerang
