Account Manager
DELTEQ, a renowned 30+ year establishment in Information Technology System
Integrator in Singapore, seeks an experienced and competent Account Manager to drive solution sales and take on customer account management
responsibilities. We aim to specialise in selling Blockchain solutions, Artificial
Intelligence and Infrastructure Technology solutions and you will be at the
forefront of this. The successful candidate shall focus on achieving sales and
profits targets from existing clientele as well as new. Reporting to the Business
Head, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts, building strong client
relationships, and achieving revenue targets by promoting our comprehensive
suite of Information Technology solutions and Services.
Major Duties And Responsibilities for Account Manager
Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their business
needs and offer tailored Information Technology solutions that address
their requirements, selling the products in IT Project (tender or direct) for product and solution division.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and
expand market share in Information Technology solutions, focusing on
blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, green solutions, and Information
Technology infrastructure services
Prepare and present compelling proposals, negotiate information technology and software solution contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth
Meeting, presentation, visiting, negotiating, dealing, creating, developing, and selling to new customer is a must.
Responsible for negotiating, tendering and communication ( new customer and / or partners or principles ) to assigned target number quarterly (Gross Profit).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective
clients, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant on technology solutions
Stay updated on information technology and software industry trends,
market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business
opportunities and refine sales targets accordingly
Collaborate closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure
seamless integration of solutions and timely project delivery
Manage and organize successful attendance at relevant information
technology, blockchain, artificial and software solution trade shows and
events in order to gather new leads
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the senior
management team
Sales target oriented, aggressive & initiative.
Desired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or
equivalent is preferred
Proven track record in Information Technology sales, with at least 3 years
of experience in selling blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, green solutions
and Information Technology infrastructure services
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Demonstrates ability to build and maintain client relationships, coupled
with a customer-centric approach
Strong background and experience in tender process & creating project from beginning until ending is a must.
Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must (active)
Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their applications in
various industries
Familiarity with system integration, virtualization, enterprise backup,
Storage Area Network, cyber-security, automation and cloud computing
technology will be an advantage
Result-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management software and sales
analytics tools is preferred
Strategic thinking and problem solving skills to identify and capitalize on
market opportunities
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
