Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree 2-4 years of business experience specially cloud technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Have a wide range of fresh ideas for making good corporate proposals.
- Good Public Speaking and confident in handling presentations.
- Good self-esteem in meeting customers directly, by phone or email.
- Fast in working and serving pricing and quotation correctly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customers, stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with the sales team to ensure growth attainment.
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
