As Account Executive you will be the one who manage the communication with internal and external parties. If you have good communication skills, problem solver and have good skill in project management this position will be suitable for you.

What you'll be doing:

1. Manage and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts, understand their business needs, and provide strategic recommendations to meet their objectives

2. Taking client's briefs and supporting with drafting the briefs (creative/media/etc) for teams to develop innovative solutions that can fulfilled client's needs

3. Collaborate with other divisions to keep work on track and aligned with the brief

4. Oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed flawlessly

5. Monitor campaign performance and provide comprehensive reports and analysis

6. Identify new opportunities to expand the agency's scope of work with existing clients

7. Assist with new business pitches and proposals as needed

What we're looking for:

1. Bachelor's Degree (experience in agency is a plus point)

2. Strong, clear and confident in communication and relationship-building skills, both verbal and written

3. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines and excellent attention to detail matters

4. Analytical mindset approach to problem-solving and decision-making

5. Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative solutions for clients

6. Have good teamwork, can work with cross-department.

7. Eager to learn and grow, take feedback and build your career
