1. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and service delivery.

2. Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration).

• 2-4 years of experience in account management, sales, or client service roles, preferably within the testing, certification, or laboratory services industry.

• Familiarity with consumer product categories (e.g., textiles, toys, electronics, food contact materials) and relevant testing standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO, EN, CPSIA).

• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and writtenHigh attention to detail, particularly in preparing technical proposals, reports, and documentation.

• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
