What You'll Be Doing?
Producing 3d model based on existing photos and moodboard
Proficient in UV texturing means having a strong understanding and skill in creating 3D models for texture mapping
Positioning proposed building (if any), proposed landscape design and any changes
Interpreting site plan, elevations, sections, detail drawings, etc. of the design and keeping up with any written, drawn, or recorded notes.
What We're Looking For?
Bachelor's degree (S1 equivalent) in architecture or landscape
Proficient in Sketchup or Blender - will be tested in orientation period, candidate must have a keen eye for proportion and detail
Possess general knowledge in architecture and construction drawings
Problem solving skills, attention to detail, able to adapt in fast-paced environment
Fluent in English (reading client's written markups, listening to videos of client's comments. Candidate also needs to be able to convey any questions related to the project)
Ability to multi-task and working towards multiple deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
The ability for quick thinking & clear communication
Highly motivated to learn new skills
