Job Title: Wellness Clinic Nurse Administrator & Operations

Key Responsibilities for Admin Nurse - Wellness Clinic Nurse at Bali Healing:
1. Email Management & Communication
Regularly monitor and respond to emails from regarding lab results, patient inquiries, and other concerns.
Ensure prompt and accurate follow-up on all email correspondence, taking necessary actions or coordinating with relevant teams.
2. Laboratory Result Handling
Retrieve lab results from email, print, and distribute to practitioners in a timely manner.
Maintain organized records of lab results and ensure confidentiality.
3. Clinic Operations & Customer Service Supervision
Oversee the reception team, ensuring accurate scheduling, patient rescheduling via JaneApp, and proper data entry (email, phone contacts).
Supervise daily clinic preparations including cleanliness, room readiness, and overall environment in coordination with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
4. Maintenance & Facility Management
Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure clinic facilities are operational, safe, and well-maintained.
Monitor and oversee cleanliness and functionality of practitioner rooms, toilets, waiting areas, and other facilities.
5. Pricing & Point of Sale Management
Ensure the correct pricing of clinical services on MOKA POS and JaneApp systems.
Collaborate with management to update and verify pricing details.
6. Clinical Service Support & Patient Care
Greet and assist patients professionally, providing correct information and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Support practitioners during clinical operations, facilitating smooth patient flow.
Ensure all payments are completed before products and services are provided, and process transactions accurately with the finance team.
7. Patient Feedback & Satisfaction
Encourage patients to leave positive reviews on Google/Google Map before they leave the clinic.
Maintain high standards of patient care and service quality.
8. Inventory & Product Management
Monitor inventory levels of consignment products, perform daily stock takes, and generate sales reports.
Coordinate with finance and procurement teams for inventory payments and replenishments.
9. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare invoices and medical reports promptly for insurance claims or other patient requests.
Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and dispatched without delay.
10. Marketing & Customer Engagement
Assist in marketing activities, especially for walk-in customers interested in purchasing supplements or products.
Collaborate with the team to promote wellness services and products.
11. Internal Communication & Team Collaboration
Maintain effective communication with the General Manager, Accounting, Procurement, and other team members.
Ensure smooth coordination across departments to uphold clinic standards and operational efficiency.
12. Cashier & Financial Supervision
Supervise cashiering activities, ensuring accurate cash handling and record-keeping.
Support financial reconciliation and reporting as needed.
13. Domicile & Workplace Requirements
Willing to work at the Canggu clinic location as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
Recognized Nursing Diploma (D3) / Midwife Diploma (D3)/ Bachelor's degree in Nursing / Midwife with an active STR.
Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in nursing, especially in IV therapy and injections.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with international patients and team members.
Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Knowledge of holistic and ozone therapy is preferred.
Strong technical skills in injections and IV infusions, ensuring safety and accuracy.
High awareness of patient safety and sterile procedures.
Patient-centered approach with effective interpersonal communication.
