Purpose: Inspire action and build community through powerful digital storytelling that drives donations and support for SoleFamily.

Role Summary:SoleFamily is looking for a creative and purpose-driven digital storyteller to lead our online presence. You'll be responsible for crafting and executing content that captures hearts, tells real stories, and compels people to engage and give. From heartfelt videos to meaningful photography, from Instagram reels to blog posts—you'll manage it all with a keen eye and a strategic mind. This role blends creative content creation with data-driven insight to grow our reach and amplify our impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a content strategy across social media and our website to increase visibility and donations.

• Capture, edit, and publish high-quality photos and videos that showcase SoleFamily's work, people, and impact.

• Maintain and update the SoleFamily website with clear, emotionally engaging, and donor-focused content.

• Plan and schedule social media posts and campaigns aligned with our programs, fundraising efforts, and key moments.

• Track and analyse digital performance metrics to understand what's resonating—and refine content accordingly.

• Identify trends, audience interests, and new ways to reach and grow our supporter base.

• Collaborate with our team to bring the voices of our SoleBuddies, supporters, and volunteers to life online.

What We're Looking For:

• Skilled in photography and short-form video creation (including editing apps like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe tools).

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, engagement strategies, and content formats.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise digital campaigns.

• Excellent storytelling and writing skills with an eye for tone and emotional connection.

• Self-motivated, organised, and passionate about making a difference.
